Another special day from the Rotary Club of Corinth.
With Alexander the Great as a central theme, the three speakers kept the audience in their seats all Sunday morning at the Tree of Knowledge in Xylokastro.
The event began with the Professor of the University of Pennsylvania, Prf. Dr Andreas Athenaios, who introduced us to the socio-political situation of the time and was the best introduction for what was to follow.
This was followed by Ms. Liana Souvaltzi who spoke about Alexander the Great and the archaeological research he had led in the Siwa desert.
